Contract Rules

1. User Withdrawal & System Withdrawal Requirements / Fund Security

Each user must complete all club joint orders in order to meet the system's withdrawal requirements.

To prevent any loss of funds, all withdrawals are processed automatically by the system.

Users may only withdraw funds during the platform's designated business hours to avoid interfering with merchant operations.

All user funds are completely secure on the platform. In the event of any accidental loss, the platform will assume full responsibility.

2. Account Security & Password Management

Do not disclose your account login password or withdrawal password to others. The platform will not be responsible for any losses resulting from such disclosure.

2.1 Users are advised to properly safeguard their account information to prevent unauthorized access.

2.2 The platform is not responsible for any losses caused by accidental account disclosure.

2.3 Since funds involve personal information, please do not disclose them to avoid unnecessary issues.

2.4 It is recommended that you do not use your date of birth, ID number, or phone number as your withdrawal password. Please set a strong password to protect your funds.

2.5 If you forget your password, you may contact online customer service to reset it and should promptly change it afterward.

3. Club Joint Order Allocation Rules

Order amounts are randomly assigned by the system and cannot be changed, canceled, controlled, or skipped.

3.1 Due to the large number of platform users, manual order allocation is not possible. All orders are randomly assigned by the system.

4. Account Misuse

Legal action will be taken in the event of account misuse.

5. Deposit Instructions

Each joint order comes from a different developer. Every deposit must be confirmed with the online manager to verify the correct deposit address.

6. Responsibility for Incorrect Deposits

The platform will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from deposits made to an incorrect account.

7. Order Completion Deadline

Each club order must be completed within the specified time frame. Failure to complete the order without notifying the merchant and requesting an extension will affect the merchant's app optimization progress and may result in complaints. The user will be held liable for breach of contract.

8. Withdrawals

(8.1) After completing all club joint orders, you may request a full withdrawal.

(8.2) Withdrawals or refunds cannot be requested while a joint order is in progress.

(8.3) Withdrawals will not be processed unless a withdrawal request has been submitted by the user.

(8.4) Failure to complete club joint orders on time will reduce your credit score. If your credit score falls below 90, withdrawals will be restricted. Please restore your credit score before requesting a withdrawal.

(8.5) The platform does not allow third-party deposits. If an account is found to require additional deposits for fund verification, the platform reserves the right to freeze the account.

9. Funds

(9.1) All funds will be securely held in the user's account and joint orders. A full withdrawal may be requested after all joint orders have been completed.

(9.2) To prevent fund loss, all data is processed by the system.

(9.3) The platform will assume full responsibility for any accidental loss of funds.

(9.4) VIP withdrawal limits are as follows:

  • VIP1: Maximum withdrawal of $1,000
  • VIP2: Maximum withdrawal of $3,000
  • VIP3: Maximum withdrawal of $10,000
  • VIP4: No withdrawal limit

If your withdrawal amount exceeds your current VIP level limit, you will not be able to withdraw funds. Before requesting a withdrawal, please contact customer service to deposit funds and upgrade to your desired VIP level.

10. Account Security

(10.1) Do not disclose your login password or withdrawal password to others. The platform will not be liable for any resulting losses.

(10.2) It is not recommended to use your date of birth, ID number, or phone number as your login or withdrawal password.

(10.3) If you forget your login or withdrawal password, please contact online customer service to reset it.

11. Developer Cooperation

(11.1) The platform provides different joint orders during different time periods. If club joint orders are not completed for an extended period, the merchant will be unable to cancel the tasks. Users are advised to complete all tasks as soon as possible and request withdrawal to avoid affecting the developer's progress.

(11.2) Developers will provide deposit details for users to fund their accounts.

(11.3) Delays in completing club joint orders will negatively impact the merchant and their progress.

(11.4) Each joint order must be completed within 30 days. Failure to complete the task within the platform's specified timeframe will affect the merchant's related operational management activities. If the merchant files a complaint, the user will be held liable for breach of contract and must pay a 100% penalty fee before being allowed to withdraw funds.

(12.1) Platform business hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST

(12.2) Manager online working hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST

(12.3) Platform withdrawal hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST
